Our workshop
Every Modern Marine boat is laminated, polished and fitted out under one roof — by a small team of boat builders, finishers and marine engineers.
Hulls are laminated in controlled conditions and stay on their cradle through structural fit-out. Stringers, bulkheads and tanks are installed and checked one stage at a time, with photo updates sent to you at every milestone.
Gelcoat is faired, wet-sanded and hand-polished in stages until the surface reads like glass. Your chosen colour and pinstripe are applied and cured in-house, then protected with a UV-stable top coat made for UAE summers.
Outboards, steering, wiring and electronics are fitted by our marine engineers, then bench-tested and sea-trialled before delivery — so your boat leaves the yard ready to run.

Resin-infused fibreglass with a foam-cored stringer grid — strong, light and consistent, with a gloss gelcoat tuned for UV.
Cleats, rails, hinges and fittings in polished 316-grade stainless, passivated and built to resist warm-water corrosion.
Cool-touch upholstery, non-slip composite or synthetic-teak decking, and canopies rated for desert summers.
Leading outboards, matched to hull and propeller on our test boats — and fully rigged, fuelled and sea-trialled before handover.
